The UNDENIABLY FIT nutrition and exercise plan was developed by respected health professionals. However, Ably Health, Inc. isn’t a medical organization and we can’t give you medical advice. We strongly urge you to consult with your primary health care provider (e.g., physician or nurse practitioner) before starting any plan that could result in weight loss, even if weight loss is not your goal. We encourage you to maintain your weight within the healthy weight guidelines endorsed by the World Health Organization, equivalent to a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5-25.0. 

However, we recognize that BMI is an imperfect measure of an individual’s health and that other factors may be a more robust predictor of certain health outcomes. You can calculate your BMI with this tool from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

We also urge you to get periodic medical checkups. Weight loss can create physical changes that should be medically monitored. Studies have shown, for example, that weight loss can aggravate gallbladder illness. Weight loss is not advised for people with a BMI below the healthy range. Medical monitoring is especially important for people with a known medical condition. The plan encourages a healthier pattern of eating and the development of healthy lifestyle habits, however it is not intended to treat any illness or disease. In addition:

  • UNDENIABLYFIT prohibits participation in its weightloss and wellness plan for children under the age of 18 and individuals who have been diagnosed with or treated for anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa in the last year.
  • You may not enroll in an UNDENIABLY FIT membership if you are under age 18 or if you are pregnant.
  • If you are being treated for a medical condition, taking prescription medication, or following a therapeutic diet to treat a disease, it's especially important to show the UNDENIABLY FIT plan to your health care provider. Any modifications made to the plan by your healthcare provider should be followed.
  • UNDENIABLY FIT will provide an intake target and adjustment instructions as needed to promote a healthy weight. The UNDENIABLY FIT program is designed for a safe rate of weight loss - up to two pounds per week (after the first three weeks). If you lose at a greater rate, you must review the plan guidelines and adapt them, if necessary, to avoid rapid weight loss. Not following the plan as designed may pose the risk of developing health complications associated with rapid weight loss.
  • We recommend that you monitor your weight once every two weeks. If your weight falls below guidelines for a healthy weight, you must review the plan guidelines and adapt them to maintain a healthy weight. UNDENIABLY FIT also recommends that you discuss your goals for participating in UNDENIABLY FIT with your healthcare provider. Not following the plan as designed may pose the risk of developing health complications associated with low body weight.
  • You are not required to set a weight loss goal to join UNDENIABLY FIT. You may opt to maintain your current weight while developing healthy habits. Members with a BMI below 18.5 are not permitted to set a weight loss goal.

UNDENIABLY FIT was created for individuals with type I or type II diabetes, and those who feel they need to lose weight and would like to build a healthy lifestyle. The program creates a specific plan built to your current nutritional needs.

After completing the Client Intake Form you’ll be sent instructions on how to begin your personalized program and how it will work. From there, you’ll be plugged into the intimate community of your team to be able to stay encouraged and become part of the UNDENIABLY FIT Family!

Your likes and dislikes are the most important part of you sticking to a lifestyle of healthy eating habits. Instead of giving you rigid recipes to stick to, your personalized program will give you specific goals using exact amounts and quantities of essential needs in your diet. From there, your coach will help you navigate through exactly which foods are best to reach your specific goals, all while keeping your individual preferences in mind.

Absolutely! We’ll be recording and reporting your biometrics biweekly to keep track of your results and gauge how much progress you’re making. Tracking results is important! In some cases members can actually gain weight briefly due to increasing their water intake, exercising for the first time and gaining muscle, or simple body fluctuations due to new healthy eating habits. Through tracking results we consistently recalibrate your nutrition goals to be sure you’re staying on track with reaching your overall goals!

Yes, you will! We thrive on communication at UNDENIABLY FIT, because we care first and foremost about you as an individual. We want to build a relationship with you and foster a safe and encouraging space for you and your team members to motivate and help each other, and ultimately grow together. We use private, small Facebook groups to facilitate communication directly between you, your coach and other team members.

We strongly encourage informing your doctor of any exercise-, nutrition-, or health-related changes you’re making to your lifestyle. We work hand-in-hand with physicians to collaborate with their patients in making the necessary lifestyle nutrition changes to reverse type II diabetes and lower body weight. Through this process, we greatly reduce or completely remove medications pertaining to diabetes and other comorbids. We encourage all members to ask their physician to reach out to us so we can partner with them to share your results, and work together to help you TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK!
